खेल स्वास्थ्य के लिए इतना जरूरी है, जितना कैरियर के लिए पढ़ाई। इसी क्रम में नव जनोदय इंटर कालेज में वार्षिक खेलकूद प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। खेलकूद में नव जनोदय इंटर कॉलेज के छात्रों ने बढ़-चढ़कर प्रतिभाग किया।

दिसंबर के मध्य सप्ताह में आयोजित की गई खेलकूद प्रतियोगिताओं में न केवल छात्रों ने बल्कि छात्राओं एवं नन्हे-मुन्ने बच्चों ने भी अपनी प्रतिभा का प्रदर्शन किया। खेलकूद प्रतियोगिताओं के पहले दिन एथलीट के गेम हुए, जिनमें सबसे पहले 100 मीटर दौड़, 200 मीटर दौड़, 400 मीटर दौड़ तथा 100 गुना 4 रिले दौड़ का आयोजन किया गया।

सभी तरह की दौड़ का आयोजन सुल्तानपुर स्थित खेल के मैदान में किया गया। दौड के अलावा ऊंची कूद, लंबी कूद, गोला फेंक, कबड्डी तथा रस्साकशी की भी प्रतियोगिताएं हुई। खेलकूद प्रतियोगिताओं का शुभारम्भ खेल के मैदान में थाना प्रभारी थाना चिलकाना श्री सत्येन्द्र कुमार राय ने फीता काट कर तथा ध्वजारोहण कर किया। उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम में श्री बालकृष्ण शर्मा, श्री सुशील मोगा, श्री अमित उपाध्याय, श्री सागर पाल के अलावा कालेज के सभी शिक्षक सुनील सैनी, अनिल कुमार, प्रिन्स काम्बोज, राजकुमार, अंशुल कुमार, सोनू धीमान, सवित कुमार, धीरज सिंह आदि शामिल रहे।

खेलकूद में सबसे पहले हुई दौड़ की प्रतियोगिताओं में 100 मीटर दौड़ के विजेता कक्षा 10बी के छात्र लविश सैनी दूसरे स्थान पर कक्षा 11ए के शुभम तथा तीसरे स्थान पर कक्षा 11ए के ही सिद्धार्थ रहे। 200 मीटर दौड़ में प्रथम स्थान लविश दूसरा स्थान कक्षा 9बी के राजीव तथा तीसरे स्थान पर कक्षा 10सी के अर्पित रहे। वहीं 400 मीटर दौड़ में कक्षा 12बी के आवेश प्रथम स्थान पर रहे दूसरे तथा तीसरे स्थान पर क्रमश लविश एवं अक्षय रहे। दौड़ के अंतर्गत 100 गुना 4 रिले दौड़ में कक्षा 10बी की टीम ने बाजी मारी जिनमें लविश, वेदांश, शानू तथा लक्की प्रथम रहे। दूसरे स्थान पर रहने वाली टीम कक्षा 11ए की रही जिसमें शगुन, शुभम, सिद्धार्थ तथा बंधन रहे। तीसरे स्थान पर कक्षा 10सी के अर्पित, अक्षय, कार्तिक तथा रितिक की टीम रही। ऊंची कूद में कक्षा 12 के अंकुश ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया। दूसरे स्थान पर 11ए के शगुन तथा तीसरे स्थान पर कक्षा 9बी के दीपांशु रहे। वही लंबी कूद में कक्षा 12बी के अंशुल ने पहला स्थान प्राप्त किया दूसरे स्थान पर कक्षा 10बी के शानू तीसरे स्थान पर कक्षा 12सी के विनीत रहे।

गोला फेंक प्रतियोगिता में कक्षा 11ए के शगुन प्रथम कक्षा 12बी के मनोज द्वितीय तथा कक्षा 11बी के तन्मय तीसरे स्थान पर रहे। कबड्डी प्रतियोगिता में पहले स्थान पर रहने वाली टीम कक्षा 12बी की रही। इस टीम में सार्थक, अंशुल, अंकुश, सौरव, रविशांत, आर्यन, हिमांशु तथा पंकज शामिल रहे वही कबड्डी की उपविजेता टीम में कक्षा 11ए के सिद्धार्थ, अमजद, सिद्धांत, रितिक, शुभम, सौरभ, अफनान तथा शगुन शामिल रहे। खेलकूद प्रतियोगिताओं में रस्साकशी के खेल में कक्षा 12ए की टीम ने बाजी मारी जिसमें अबूजर, रमन, विशाल, उदय, मनोज तथा रोहित षामिल रहे। इसी प्रतियोगिता में उपविजेता टीम में कक्षा 12बी के आवेश, सौरभ, आस मोहम्मद, उस्मान, हर्ष तथा गौरव शामिल रहे।
खेलकूद प्रतियोगिता में क्रिकेट की विजेता टीम कक्षा 12बी की रही, जिनमें कप्तान साहिल कुमार, रविशांत, लक्ष्य, अंकुश, आर्यन रोहिला, आर्यन कुमार, गौरव, विशाल, सार्थक, पंकज तथा अंशुल शामिल रहे। क्रिकेट की उपविजेता टीम में कक्षा 11बी के सुफियान, गौरव, उजैफ, निगम, शाह जमाल, नितिन, विशाल, अनस, अंशुल राज, अजय, तनिष्क शामिल रहे।

बालिकाओं के खेलकूद प्रतियोगिता में 100 मीटर दौड़ में पहला स्थान कक्षा 9 की नैंसी ने प्राप्त किया। दूसरे स्थान पर कक्षा 9 की ही दरक्षानाज तथा तीसरे स्थान पर इसी कक्षा से खुशनसीब रही। बालिकाओं की 200 मीटर दौड़ में पहले स्थान पर कक्षा 11बी की आरजू, दूसरे स्थान पर कक्षा 11बी की आर्या तथा तीसरे स्थान पर कक्षा नौ की तान्या रही। वहीं लंबी कूद में पहला स्थान कक्षा 10 की साक्षी, दूसरा स्थान कक्षा 11 की आशिया तथा तीसरा स्थान कक्षा 9 की खुशनसीब ने प्राप्त किया। सीनियर खो-खो प्रतियोगिता में पहला स्थान कक्षा 10 की टीम ने प्राप्त किया जिनमें सानिया, अल्फा, ज्योति, मानसी, लाइबा नूर, हयानाज ,सुधा, जोया तथा नेहा भारती रहे। लेमन रेस में पहला स्थान कक्षा 10 की खुशनसीब, दूसरा स्थान कक्षा 12बी की मिस्बा तथा तीसरे स्थान पर कक्षा 10 की तमन्ना रहे। चेयर रेस में कक्षा 9 की तनु ने पहला स्थान कक्षा 12बी की मिस्बा ने दूसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया। वहीं बालिका की रस्साकशी में कक्षा 9ए की छात्राओं ने बाजी मारी जिनमें महविष, दरक्षा, नैंसी, महक, अलीशा, तथा अरसला शामिल रहे। दूसरे स्थान पर रही टीम कक्षा 11बी की थी, जिनमें आर्य, खुशी, आरजू, सारिका, खुशी तथा अलीना शामिल रही।

प्रतियोगिता में जूनियर वर्ग कक्षा 6 से 8 के बालक भी शामिल हुए। जूनियर की 100 मीटर दौड़ में कक्षा 7 के आयुश ने पहला स्थान, दूसरा स्थान कक्षा आठ के लविश तथा कक्षा 7 के लकी ने तीसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया। 200 मीटर दौड़ में कक्षा 7 के शगुन ने पहला स्थान, कक्षा छः के हिमांशु ने दूसरा स्थान तथा कक्षा 7 के लविश ने तीसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया। वहीं 400 मीटर दौड़ में कक्षा आठ के गोविंद प्रथम आए, दूसरे स्थान पर कक्षा 7 के शगुन और तीसरे स्थान पर कक्षा 7 के नितिन रहे। ऊंची कूद में कक्षा आठ के निशु ने पहला तथा कक्षा आठ के समीर ने दूसरा और कक्षा 7 के शगुन में तीसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया। लंबी कूद में कक्षा आठ के साहिल, कक्षा 7 के शगुन तथा कक्षा आठ के गोविंद ने क्रमषः पहला, दूसरा तथा तीसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया।

बालिकाओं के जूनियर वर्ग में 100 मीटर दौड़ में कक्षा सात की अंशु ने पहला स्थान, कक्षा 6 की शिवांशी ने दूसरा तथा कक्षा 6 की ही इलमा ने तीसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया। वहीं 200 मीटर दौड़ में कक्षा 7 के अंशु ने पहला, कक्षा 6 की नव्या ने दूसरा तथा कक्षा 8 की फलक ने तीसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया। लंबी कूद में अंशु पहले स्थान पर रही, कक्षा 6 की दीपा दूसरे तथा कक्षा 6 की शिवांशी तीसरे स्थान पर रही। जूनियर खो-खो प्रतियोगिता में विजेता टीम कक्षा 6 की रही, जिनमें वर्षा, तमन्ना, दिया, नव्या, हिमानी, छवि, अविका, मानसी तथा अलीशा शामिल रहे। लेमन रेस में पहला स्थान कक्षा 6 की वर्षा, दूसरा स्थान कक्षा 8 की सपना तथा तीसरा स्थान कक्षा सात की अलकिया ने प्राप्त किया। वहीं चेयर रेस में पहला स्थान कक्षा 6 की अक्षा और दूसरा स्थान कक्षा आठ की मानसी ने प्राप्त किया।
सभी खेलकूद कार्यक्रम बड़े मनोरंजक तरीके से एक स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धा के रुप में सम्पन्न हुए।

खुलकूद कार्यक्रमों की समाप्ती के बाद एक भव्य कार्यक्रम का आयोजन कर पुरस्कार वितरित किये गये। पुरस्कार वितरण समारोह के मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में नकुड के कालेज के संचालक तथा मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यालय महासंघ के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष तथा भाजपा किसान मोर्चा के वरिष्ठ पदाधिकारी श्री पवन सिंह राठौर उपस्थित रहे। आपके अलावा सरसावा से श्री दिनेश गुप्ता, श्री बालकृष्ण शर्मा, श्री इंतजार बेग तथा श्री सुशील मोगा आदि उपस्थित रहे।

श्री पवन सिंह राठौर ने छात्रों को सम्बोधित करते हुए खेलों के महत्व के बारे में बताया और कहा कि पढ़ाई के साथ खेलकूद भी जरूरी है, इससे राष्ट्रीय तथा अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान बना कर अपने देश एवं समाज का नाम रोशन किया जा सकता है।

उन्होंने विजेता छात्रों के गले में मैडल डाल कर तथा सम्मान चिन्ह देकर सम्मानित किया। इस दौरान कालेज के सभी शिक्षक उपस्थित रहे। अन्त में प्रधानाचार्य श्री श्याम कुमार सैनी ने सभी का आभार व्यक्त किया।

पुरस्कार वितरण समारोह में सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम भी हुए, जिनमें छात्राओं ने अपनी प्रतिभा का प्रदर्शन किया।

college sports competitions

Sports is as important for health as studies are for career. In this sequence, the annual sports competition was organized in Nav Janodaya Inter College. Students of Nav Janodaya Inter College participated enthusiastically in sports. Not only the students but also the girl students and young children displayed their talents in the sports competitions held in the mid-week of December. Athletes’ games were held on the first day of sports competitions, in which 100 meters race, 200 meters race, 400 meters race and 100 x 4 relay race were organized first. All kinds of races were organized in the playground located at Sultanpur. Apart from running, competitions of high jump, long jump, shot put, kabaddi and tug of war were also held.

The sports competitions were inaugurated by the station in-charge Chilkana Mr. Satyendra Kumar Rai and Dr. Rajesh Kumar by cutting the ribbon and hoisting the flag in the playground. Apart from Mr. Balkrishna Sharma, Mr. Sushil Moga, Mr. Amit Upadhyay, Mr. Sagar Pal, all the teachers of the college, Sunil Saini, Anil Kumar, Prince Kamboj, Rajkumar, Anshul Kumar, Sonu Dhiman, Savit Kumar, Dheeraj Singh etc. were involved in the inauguration program. In the first race competitions held in sports, Lavish Saini of class 10B won the 100 meter race, Shubham of class 11A and Siddharth of class 11A stood third. In the 200 meter race, the first position was given to Lavish, the second position to Rajeev of class 9B and the third position to class 10C.  In the 400 meter race, Avesh of class 12B stood first, Lavish and Akshay stood second and third respectively. Under the race, in the 100 times 4 relay race, the team of class 10B won, in which Lavish, Vedansh, Shanu and Lucky stood first. The second-placed team was of class 11A consisting of Shagun, Shubham, Siddharth and Bandhan. Arpit, Akshay, Karthik and Hrithik team of Class 10C stood third. Ankush of class 12 got first position in high jump.  Shagun of class 11A stood second and Dipanshu of class 9B stood third. In the same long jump, Anshul of class 12B got the first position, Shanu of class 10B stood second, Vinit of class 12C stood third. In shot put competition, Shagun of class 11A stood first, Manoj of class 12B stood second and Tanmay of class 11B stood third.

The first position in the Kabaddi competition was won by the team of class 12B. Sarthak, Anshul, Ankush, Sourav, Ravishant, Aryan, Himanshu and Pankaj were included in this team, while the runner-up team of Kabaddi included Siddharth, Amjad, Siddhant, Hrithik, Shubham, Saurabh, Afnan and Shagun of class 11A. In the sports competitions, the class 12A team consisting of Abujar, Raman, Vishal, Uday, Manoj and Rohit won the game of tug of war. In the same competition, the runner-up team included Avesh, Saurabh, Aas Mohammad, Usman, Harsh and Gaurav of class 12B.

The winning team of cricket in the sports competition was class 12B, which included captain Sahil Kumar, Ravishant, Lakshya, Ankush, Aryan Rohila, Aryan Kumar, Gaurav, Vishal, Sarthak, Pankaj and Anshul. The runner-up cricket team included Sufiyan, Gaurav, Ujaif, Nigam, Shah Jamal, Nitin, Vishal, Anas, Anshul Raj, Ajay, Tanishk of class 11B.

In the girls’ sports competition, Nancy of class 9 got the first position in 100 meters race. The second position was secured by Darakshanaz of class 9 and the third position was secured by the same class. In the 200 meters race for girls, Arju of class 11B stood first, Arya of class 11B stood second and Tanya of class IX stood third. In the long jump, the first position was bagged by Sakshi of class 10, the second position by Aashiya of class 11 and the third position by Khushnaseeb of class 9. The first position in the Senior Kho-Kho competition was won by the Class 10 team consisting of Sania, Alpha, Jyoti, Mansi, Laiba Noor, Haynaaz, Sudha, Zoya and Neha Bharti. Khushnaseeb of class 10th stood first in the lemon race, Misba of class 12B stood second and Tamanna of class 10th stood third. In the chair race, Tanu of class IX stood first and Misba of class XIIB stood second. In the girls’ tug of war, the girls of class 9A, including Mahvish, Daraksha, Nancy, Mehak, Alisha, and Arsala, won. The second position team was from class 11B, which included Arya, Khushi, Arju, Sarika, Khushi and Alina.

Boys of junior class class 6 to 8 also participated in the competition. In junior 100 meters race, Ayush of class 7 got first position, Lavish of class 8 got second position and Lucky of class 7 got third position. In 200 meter race, Shagun of class VII got first position, Himanshu of class VI got second position and Lavish of class VII got third position. In the 400 meter race, Govind of class VIII came first, Shagun of class VII came second and Nitin of class VII came third. In high jump, Nishu of class VIII stood first, Sameer of class VIII stood second and Shagun of class VII stood third. In long jump, Sahil of class VIII, Shagun of class VII and Govind of class VIII secured first, second and third position respectively.

In the junior category of girls, in 100 meters race, Anshu of class VII got the first position, Shivanshi of class VI got the second position and Ilma of class VI also got the third position. In the 200 meter race, Anshu of class 7 stood first, Navya of class 6 second and Falak of class 8 stood third. In long jump, Anshu stood first, Deepa of class VI stood second and Shivanshi of class VI stood third. In the Junior Kho-Kho competition, the winning team of Class VI was Varsha, Tamanna, Diya, Navya, Himani, Chhavi, Avika, Mansi and Alisha. Varsha of class VI, Sapna of class VIII and Alkia of class VII secured the first position in the lemon race. In the chair race, Aksha of class VI got the first position and Mansi of class VIII got the second position.

All the sports events were conducted in a very entertaining manner in the form of a healthy competition.

After the end of the sports programs, a grand program was organized and the prizes were distributed. Shri Pawan Singh Rathore, director of the college of Nakud and state president of recognized school federation and senior official of BJP Kisan Morcha, was present as the chief guest of the prize distribution ceremony. Apart from you, Mr. Dinesh Gupta, Mr. Balkrishna Sharma, Mr. Intzar Baig and Mr. Sushil Moga etc. were present from Sarsawa.

Addressing the students, Mr. Pawan Singh Rathore told about the importance of sports and said that along with studies, sports and games are also necessary, this can make the name of our country and society famous by creating identity at the national and international level.
He honored the winning students by putting medals around their necks and giving them honours. During this all the teachers of the college were present. In the end, Principal Mr. Shyam Kumar Saini expressed gratitude to everyone.
